About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a point of contact for human resources questions and duties
- Monitor the employee attendance tracking system
- Liaise with external payroll providers
- Provide HR and labor law updates as needed
- Respond to firm policy queries and escalate complex questions and issues appropriately
- Support the organisation and delivery of training programs, development plans, and team-building initiatives for staff and attorneys
- Support the promotion of value-added benefits, wellness initiatives, and training opportunities
- Maintain confidential personnel files in compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the attorney lifecycle
- Support recruiting efforts, including candidate selection, interview scheduling, offer letter and contract preparation, and related administrative tasks
- Assist onboarding, orientation, and integration activities for new hires and lateral associates
- Oversee joiner/leaver processes, inter-office transfers, and secondments
- Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, and vendors
- Support attorney lifecycle processes, including BAR compliance, study leave planning, and training registrations
- Support events, initiatives, and strategic projects aligned with Human Capital & Talent priorities
- Handle special projects as required
Requirements

- Experience in human resources or recruiting or professional services environment, preferably
- Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
