About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript
Build responsive front-end experiences and reliable back-end services
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows throughout the development lifecycle
Review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features
Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Stay current with emerging technologies, development practices, and AI-powered engineering tools
Complete a recorded screening questionnaire, a one-hour technical exercise, and multiple interviews as part of the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and experience developing back-end applications
Solid front-end development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Hands-on professional experience using AI coding assistants and/or agentic development tools to build, debug, and improve software
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of web application security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously develop technical skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is nice to have
Experience customizing AI development workflows, including custom prompts, tool integrations, or multi-agent systems is nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is nice to have
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is nice to have
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is nice to have
Candidates must provide 2–3 professional references from previous supervisors, managers, or team leaders before the formal offer is issued
