About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Engagement and employee-listening strategy
  • Define the future of employee listening for Lattice and the HR leaders it serves
  • Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather feedback, understand insights, and improve employee experience
  • Drive discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration
  • Partner with Research to understand HR leaders’ needs, workflows, and decisions
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems and product strategy into high-quality experiences
  • Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and improve the product
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, and customer communication
  • Set and influence key results demonstrating customer and company value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products
  • Clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening
  • Track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to understand HR leaders’ priorities and challenges
  • Strong product judgment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing
  • Bias for action and ability to create clarity and momentum
  • Candidates must be located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada
  • Experience building products for HR, people teams, or complex organizational workflows is a bonus
  • Experience with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products is a bonus
