About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage social content and publishing for multiple B2B clients, supporting brand and executive presence primarily on LinkedIn and X, with Instagram and other channels when they serve the strategy
  • Work with client teams to determine ideas and formats for each channel, participation in conversations, and opportunities for paid distribution
  • Build and manage social content calendars covering the story, visual approach, and production plan for each post
  • Create and publish social content, including posts, graphics, carousels, and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut
  • Brief and coordinate with designers or video editors for more ambitious production
  • Turn announcements, interviews, reports, events, and executive perspectives into accurate, on-message, platform-native social content
  • Monitor relevant conversations and engage on behalf of clients where appropriate
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, including audiences, budgets, ad copy and creative testing, performance monitoring, and optimization
  • Report on organic and paid performance, explain results to clients and internal teams, and improve future content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on social media experience, including work with B2B brands or executives
  • Experience planning and managing social content calendars, from ideation and creative production through publication and performance reporting
  • Strong social copywriting skills, with examples across channels, audiences, and voices; long-form content writing experience is a plus
  • Skilled at creating social graphics, carousels, and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut, with the ability to brief and manage designers or video editors when a project needs more extensive design or video production
  • Strong storytelling instincts: can find the most compelling story in interviews, reports, events, and other source material, then shape it into social content
  • Experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, including audience setup, budget management, creative testing, reporting, and optimization
  • Able to measure organic and paid social performance, report results to clients, and recommend next steps based on what you learn
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong editorial judgment and an eye for great visual storytelling
  • Portfolio link or examples of social work created or managed, with a brief note on your role in each
