About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Pull state unclaimed property lists each month
Send lists to skip-trace and batch data partners
Clean, de-duplicate and organize records into ready-to-use campaign segments
Use AI-assisted research to find publicly available Facebook and LinkedIn profiles
Generate new leads through social media investigations
Support the Accelerator sales program and heir search cases with the Return Assets Division (RAD) team
Prepare files for mail, phone and social outreach
Track lists processed, match rates and leads generated
Produce a simple monthly report
Work directly with the Return Assets Division and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in data research, lead generation, or data entry with quality control
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: filters, XLOOKUP, de-duplication, pivot tables
Experience with skip tracing, batch data vendors, or OSINT people research
Clear written English
Reliable internet with a backup connection
Experience in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)
Vast social media experience aligning the correct person to previous data match
NBI clearance and standard confidentiality agreements
Bonus: CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar)
Bonus: background in real estate, collections or direct mail
Bonus: experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
