About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review stalled or unresponsive claims and develop strategic re-engagement plans for hot, warm, and cold leads in Client Care Coordinator, Email, and/or Complex Claim campaigns

  • Guide claimants through legal-document execution and ensure timely completion
  • Convert hesitant or skeptical prospects into signed agreements transparently
  • Maintain detailed outreach documentation and case notes
  • Ensure handoffs between sales, research, and claims-processing teams
  • Identify objection patterns and recommend process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales closing, negotiations, investigative research, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex objections and skeptical clients with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and credibility
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, research tools, and investigative databases
  • High ethical standards and commitment to contingency-based transparency
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments
