About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review stalled or unresponsive claims and develop strategic re-engagement plans for hot, warm and cold leads in Client Care Coordinator, Email, and/or Complex Claim campaigns
  • Address skepticism, compliance concerns, and objections
  • Serve as the senior voice of authority when additional credibility is needed
  • Conduct targeted research to confirm claimant identity, heirship, and asset linkage
  • Utilize verified databases and public records to support due diligence
  • Collaborate with genealogists and internal research teams to ensure claim accuracy and defensibility
  • Re-establish communication with claimants using a consultative, trust-based approach
  • Explain contingency agreements, documentation requirements, and the recovery process
  • Guide claimants through execution of legal documents and ensure timely completion
  • Convert hesitant or skeptical prospects into signed agreements transparently
  • Maintain detailed documentation of outreach efforts and case notes
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between sales, research, and claims processing teams
  • Identify objection patterns and recommend process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales closing, negotiations, investigative research, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex objections and skeptical clients with professionalism
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and credibility
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, research tools, and investigative databases
  • High ethical standards and commitment to contingency-based transparency
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments
