About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to inbound party inquiries quickly and follow up by phone and text
  • Guide parents to the best party for their child, group size, and date
  • Handle questions and objections warmly, ask for the booking, and collect deposits
  • Enter party details accurately into company systems, including packages, headcount, add-ons, and payment
  • Prepare park party hosts with accurate expectations before each party
  • Keep details consistent across platforms and channels
  • Provide parents with a concierge-level experience from first call to party day
  • Communicate proactively and on time so families know what to expect
  • Track outreach and outcomes and improve booking rates
  • Practice scripts, receive feedback, and apply it
  • Raise unresolved issues to the Booking Lead early

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Residence in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Missouri, or New Jersey
  • Comfort with a high volume of outreach and follow-up
  • Comfort asking for the booking and handling common objections with confidence and warmth
  • Strong willingness to learn and comfort practicing scripts and receiving feedback for newer sales candidates
  • Availability for scheduled weekday and/or weekend shifts based on park needs
  • Moderate software proficiency, including Google apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and CRMs quickly
  • Reliable computer and internet connection
  • One or more years in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or another customer-facing role (nice to have)
  • Experience in a goal-driven or commission-based role (nice to have)
  • Experience booking parties, events, or reservations (nice to have)
