About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help onboard new starters, including employees and consultants, by arranging welcome packs and training materials
  • Assist with internal engagement initiatives, events and wellbeing campaigns
  • Support document management, compliance deadlines, and records for insurance, SRA requirements, and CQS accreditation
  • Review and update internal policies
  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting
  • Support rollout of new software and systems across the firm
  • Coordinate everyday office operations and estate management, including supplies, contractors, and client-visit preparation
  • Support health and safety processes, governance and risk, and HR administration
  • Liaise with accounts to gather reports, track expenses, and assist with finance-related tasks and compliance
  • Help organise internal projects, team events, and firm-wide initiatives
  • Support marketing with event logistics and operations administration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Some office, admin or customer service experience (but we’re open-minded!)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication - friendly, clear, and happy speaking with all sorts of people
  • A natural helper who loves ticking things off and making life easier for others
  • A keen learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with tech and MS Office, and happy picking up new systems
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Ability to work hybrid with 3 days onsite per week
  • Must address UK visa sponsorship requirements
