About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join a small transaction team providing financial advisory services to Technology-sector clients
  • Create and prepare client presentations and marketing materials
  • Build complex financial models and perform valuation and other analytical exercises
  • Conduct detailed industry research and competitive analyses
  • Execute deal processes and support due diligence
  • Liaise with clients and other advisors
  • Work across M&A, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, restructuring, and capital markets assignments
  • Interact with senior bankers and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant full-time investment banking work experience
  • Passion for the Technology industry; prior Technology experience is not required
  • Strong quantitative background and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with quantitative work and client interaction
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, FactSet, Bloomberg, and Pitchbook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented approach and contribution to a positive team culture
  • Fluency in the use of AI tools and prompt engineering
  • Comfort operating in an unstructured environment requiring initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise
