About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and oversee project plans using predictive and agile methodologies
Serve stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while modeling task competency and relationships
Participate in company events, activities, and meetings
Build and develop project teams by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, marketing professionals, and instructional managers
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, implementation plans, retrospectives, and risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and guidelines
Analyze project status and revise scope or schedule when necessary
Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership
Establish and maintain lifecycle processes for scope management, quality and performance standards, and risk assessment
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and contractors
Assign and monitor team sprints, anticipate risks and roadblocks, and propose solutions
Report project outcomes and risks through appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required
Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience with a proven track record in effective execution of project plans
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master required
Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet required
Ability to pass required background checks
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and facilitate alignment across competing priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience developing, using, and maintaining project dashboards and software such as Asana, Project, Jira, or similar
Detail-oriented, initiative-taking, with strong attention to deadlines and compliance guidelines
Skilled in predictive and agile methodologies
Experience adhering to brand guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Experience coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive communicator
Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Experience in the education industry preferred
Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace products, and Asana preferred
