About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and own Learnlife’s learner recruitment strategy
  • Generate and nurture family leads through community engagement, events, partnerships, and digital outreach
  • Build networks with relocation and school finder agencies, multinational corporations, feeder schools, embassies, and cultural organisations
  • Represent Learnlife at fairs, open days, and networking events
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with recruitment targets and improve performance
  • Lead admissions strategy meetings with marketing, finance, operations, and hub teams
  • Monitor competitors and use market insights to inform strategy
  • Lead the full admissions process from enquiry through enrolment, re-enrolment, and offboarding
  • Oversee and support the admissions coordinator
  • Organise hub tours, open houses, online information sessions, and orientations
  • Collaborate with Hub Leads and Finance on annual re-enrolment
  • Maintain and report admissions data, conversion rates, and enrolment forecasts
  • Document and continuously optimise admissions processes
  • Act as a Learnlife ambassador in the wider Barcelona community
  • Develop partnerships to attract mission-aligned families, open markets, and grow market share
  • Create referral opportunities and word-of-mouth advocacy with parents, alumni, and team members
  • Support events and initiatives that strengthen belonging and retention
  • Create and manage family feedback processes throughout the intake journey
  • Ensure admissions policies are transparent, inclusive, and compliant
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting enrolment and recommend risk-reduction actions
  • Manage HubSpot CRM and PowerSchool LMS and gather market and alumni data to drive admissions and retention

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or community relations, ideally in education
  • Proven track record in lead generation and closing deals
  • Strong follow-up and personable relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • High intercultural competency
  • Strong emotional intelligence and sensitivity to people’s needs
  • Experience building enrollment/sales forecasting models
  • Data and technology proficiency, including Excel, AI, and educational Google apps
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is highly resourceful, self-aware, and adaptable
