About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an attorney specializing in Banking Law for a new strategic client.
  • Update systems and monitor supporting information;
  • Request and monitor obligations to perform specific actions;
  • Request and monitor payments;
  • Draft pleadings, including judicial and administrative defenses, appeals, settlement agreements, and other procedural documents;
  • Participate in the registration, HR interview, technical assessment, and interview with the relevant department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure is preferred;
  • Resilience, proactivity, adaptability, and strong organizational skills are essential to this profile.
  • Previous experience handling high-volume litigation as an attorney at a law firm is essential.
  • Experience or interest in Banking Law.
  • Must be based in or work within the Southern Region: Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, or Paraná.
