About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze judgments, appellate decisions, and orders for payment and court costs.
- Prepare and review court cost forms, judicial deposits, appellate filing fees, legal fees, GRU, DARE, GARE, and other related documents.
- Request and monitor judicial payments.
- Track procedural deadlines.
- Organize litigation documents.
- Prepare and review calculations, ensuring the accuracy of amounts, deadlines, and bank details.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law and an active OAB license.
- Experience analyzing judgments, appellate decisions, payments, and court costs.
- Experience preparing and reviewing forms and judicial payments.
- Experience tracking deadlines and organizing litigation documents.
- Practical knowledge of court costs and judicial fees.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proactive in identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of demands under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail when reviewing amounts, deadlines, and bank details.
- Knowledge of the Elaw system is a plus.
