About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a litigation portfolio, focusing on the strategic monitoring of information, operational support, and the organization of internal workflows
- Prepare and monitor legal and operational opinions and reports
- Enter, verify, and control databases in legal systems
- Support the preparation of presentations, performance indicators, BI dashboards, and billing controls
- Organize and monitor procedural and strategic information
- Participate in client meetings for operational alignment and demand tracking
- Monitor SLAs, deadlines, and activity workflows
- Assist management in monitoring team activities and providing operational direction for demands
- Support the allocation and monitoring of internal activities
- Collaborate in mediating workflows and alignment between teams and clients
- Support continuous process improvement and internal organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law
- Experience in civil and/or consumer litigation
- Proficiency with legal systems, management controls, and information organization
- Interest in and availability for ongoing learning and professional development
- Knowledge of performance indicators, Power BI, or data control tools (a plus)
- Experience monitoring SLAs and strategic litigation portfolios (a plus)
- Organizational perspective and ability to support management and the team (a plus)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (a plus)
- English proficiency (a plus)
- Detail-oriented and analytical profile, with strong priority-management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and a collaborative approach
