About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle civil litigation matters involving aviation law.
- Develop procedural strategies and draft legal documents both in-house and for the client.
- Analyze supporting information and documents to determine the defense strategy.
- Update legal case management systems.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license.
- Solid experience in civil litigation.
- Knowledge of consumer law.
- Experience drafting procedural documents, including answers to complaints, appeals, motions, and judgment enforcement filings.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
- Preferred: Experience with aviation law.
- Excellent legal writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to make decisions quickly.
- Proactive profile with a strong sense of priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and receive feedback.
