About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, organize, and monitor the employment hearing schedule
- Schedule and update hearings in internal systems
- Review hearing schedules and case-related information
- Identify and address inconsistencies related to hearings
- Monitor changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and newly scheduled hearings
- Distribute relevant information and hearing schedules to the teams and responsible parties involved
- Track deadlines and required actions related to hearings
- Update systems and tracking spreadsheets
- Support the organization of information required for hearings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law student or Bachelor of Laws graduate without an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license (Required)
- Experience in employment litigation routines is preferred
- Experience with legal procedures, particularly case and hearing monitoring
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting legal publications and notices
- Experience managing and organizing hearing schedules
- Familiarity with judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, eProc, and others
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas)
- Proactive approach to suggesting data improvements and corrections
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and thorough verification skills
- Strong information organization and management skills
- Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies or conflicting data
