About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, update, and monitor People Analytics management reports
- Extract, consolidate, and process data from internal systems and control databases
- Periodically update information and key metrics
- Analyze and verify data to ensure the consistency and reliability of reported information
- Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets
- Monitor volume, productivity, deadlines, and other key performance indicators
- Identify and correct inconsistencies in databases
- Support the preparation of presentations and management materials
- Support the identification of improvement and automation opportunities
- Work with People Analytics data at a full-service corporate law firm that develops proprietary technology for managing legal data and documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields
- Experience preparing and updating reports, tracking controls, and key performance indicators
- Experience processing, consolidating, and analyzing databases
- Experience with Excel and spreadsheet management
- Knowledge of operational metrics, volume, productivity, and SLA tracking
- Experience checking and validating information
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and functions, spreadsheet organization, database processing and consolidation, tables, data cross-referencing, metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is desirable
- Knowledge of and experience with artificial intelligence will be considered an advantage
- Analytical thinking, organization and attention to detail, logical reasoning, and an investigative and critical mindset
- Strong communication skills for presenting results and key metrics
- Proactive, self-directed, and responsible when handling confidential information
