About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all teams across the UK business, including lawyers and sales representatives.
- Prepare job advertisements and post them via Workable ATS and job boards.
- Review applications and conduct phone screens.
- Arrange online and in-person interviews and written exercises.
- Extend offers and prepare and send employment contracts.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and increase employer brand awareness in Manchester.
- Conduct market research to determine appropriate salaries and recruitment strategies.
- Communicate with new hires before their first day.
- Arrange technology provisioning.
- Work with hiring managers to organise inductions.
- Check in with new hires after onboarding.
- Support LegalVision's growth in the UK commercial legal services business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in professional services and/or B2B sales recruitment highly valued.
- Ability to operate confidently in a stand-alone role.
- Commitment to improving candidate experience and internal processes.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Fast learner, quick thinker, and efficient worker.
- Effective headhunting skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be happy to work in the Ancoats office at least 3 days per week.
