About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support all community operations and activities to achieve goals
Communicate with residents, collect rent, perform bookkeeping, organize community tours, and coordinate with the service team
Respond promptly to inquiries and create personalized follow-up by email, phone, text, or video
Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers
Encourage, help develop, and/or oversee team members
Collect rents, address late payments, and monitor/reduce delinquency
Help maximize revenues and reduce expenses
Manage the leasing process from first contact through move-in
Attract residents through advertising, video tours, in-person or virtual lease tours, and referrals
Manage leads and follow up using Legend’s best practices
Lead leasing meetings using market and competitor knowledge
Prepare sales administrative reports
Monitor service requests and communicate with the service team and residents to ensure resolution
Coordinate and participate in resident retention and renewal programs
Conduct corporate outreach and develop relationships with preferred employers and local businesses
Organize and conduct resident events with Property Managers and the leasing team
Post engaging social media content
Create resident communications including flyers, newsletters, and videos
Adopt new leasing innovations
Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture
Pursue professional development, stay current with industry trends, and attend training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Customer service or sales/marketing experience
Supervisory experience and/or 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
Knowledge of applicable laws
Proficiency in RealPage, OneSite, and YieldStar (preferred)
Must comply with Legend Management Group’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy
