About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities to drive volume and sell new products at assigned accounts
  • Create account plans and execute business reviews
  • Coordinate with TSAE on technical needs and competitive sales support
  • Coordinate with National Account Managers to support regional offices
  • Manage the sales pipeline and keep SFDC updated
  • Pursue new business, penetrate and grow accounts, and advise customers on product needs and design
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM tool
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage projects
  • Represent the company at trade shows, trade associations, and client meetings
  • Provide reporting to sales and product management
  • Educate key customers on new and existing products
  • Present strategic account information to executive management
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
  • Drive annual initiatives for assigned product sales targets
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management
  • Minimum of one to three (1-3) years’ sales experience; or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Relationship-building skills with key stakeholders across integrator organizations
  • Ability to articulate product/solution value propositions and align them to end-user needs
  • Strategic account planning and account coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and responsive to questions and needs
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to educate internal and external customers about Chief, MAP, Da-Lite, Vaddio, Luxul, and C2G products
  • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations within established guidelines
  • Moderate level of product acumen
  • High degree of resourcefulness
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Regular ground travel to customer facilities; long-distance or air travel as needed, not exceeding 50%
  • Experience using Salesforce.com CRM tool is a plus
