About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full project life cycle from pre-sales through implementation and project handover
Oversee successful project delivery against customer scope, quality, timescales and budget objectives
Engage with appropriate sub-contractors and develop good working relationships
Conduct pre-start meetings onsite with all relevant parties
Ensure a detailed health and safety plan is produced for onsite management
Monitor project progress and highlight variance against the project baseline
Regularly update all appropriate project information
Represent Legrand Care professionally during meetings or visits with internal and external customers and contacts
Act as the key customer point of contact throughout the project process
Ensure systems are fully installed to the latest standard
Ensure equipment is fully commissioned and installed to a high quality of workmanship
Plan and forecast effectively
Undertake site inspections
Expand the sub-contractor portfolio, ensuring contractors are suitably qualified and trained

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent customer facing skills
Full valid driving license and a willingness to travel within the UK
Flexible working hours when working away from the office
Industry knowledge (desirable)
Electrical Installation knowledge (desirable)
SSSTS qualification (desirable)
IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
Experience of supervising installations (desirable)
