About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse RSE indicators across all countries within the APMEASA scope
  • Ensure data consistency with Group methodologies and document the assumptions used
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries and analyses to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor climate, CO2, health and safety, diversity and other Group ESG priorities
  • Track implementation plans for the RSE roadmap across APMEASA countries and functions
  • Support countries in translating Group priorities into local action plans with milestones, owners and deliverables
  • Monitor progress, flag delays or roadblocks and contribute to country reviews
  • Contribute to local, regional and Group RSE reporting, particularly for the sustainability report and CSRD/ESRS requirements
  • Prepare data tables, methodological notes, supporting documentation and summary materials for internal or external reviews
  • Monitor regulatory developments relating to CSRD, ESRS, the EU Taxonomy, the GHG Protocol, GRI and other relevant frameworks
  • Analyse the potential impact of regulations on the APMEASA scope
  • Prepare and facilitate RSE forums, workshops, internal training sessions and follow-up meetings
  • Organise recurring meetings with countries and the Group, including agendas, minutes and action plans
  • Coordinate targeted deep dives with Group experts and key contacts, particularly on health and safety and CO2 initiatives
  • Respond to technical questions from operational teams and promote ESG awareness
  • Create internal communications materials, success stories and best-practice guides
  • Translate complex RSE data into concise, actionable messages for countries, functions and management
  • Capture knowledge and accelerate the deployment of RSE initiatives across the APMEASA scope

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree, ideally from a business school, engineering school, university or specialised master’s programme
  • A specialisation in RSE, sustainability, ESG, environmental studies, climate, finance, audit, data analytics or management is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience recommended, including internships, work-study programmes or initial professional experience
  • Experience in RSE reporting, sustainability consulting, auditing, environmental management, data analysis or project coordination is a plus
  • Initial exposure to an industrial, manufacturing or international group environment is an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI or another data visualisation tool is a plus
  • Ability to work with ESG indicators, carbon accounting principles and the GHG Protocol, GRI, CSRD and ESRS frameworks
  • Ability to structure methodologies, document assumptions, ensure data quality and produce reliable summaries
  • Fluent English required
  • French is preferred for coordination with headquarters and France-based stakeholders
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Analytical mindset, rigour, reliability in data handling and attention to detail
  • Strong summarisation, writing and communication skills, with the ability to formulate clear messages
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-time-zone environment
  • Autonomy, proactivity, strong coordination skills and the ability to work with senior management
