About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support assigned geographic market hospital campuses
- Work directly with finance and campus leadership to analyze and provide financial information and data for decision making
- Evaluate campus performance and identify process improvements that generate favorable returns to the operating margin
- Provide monthly financial performance reviews of campus activity to regional SLT
- Compile projections and vet assumptions on initiatives or opportunities to grow the market using cost, budget, and EPIC systems
- Review and perform market analysis to understand the viability of opportunities and initiatives
- Evaluate plan performance to assess success
- Assess opportunities timely and provide action items to achieve or exceed budget
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies, lowering costs, or increasing revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 7 years Finance, Accounting and or Healthcare experience
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Preferred: 7 years in Healthcare Finance
- Preferred: CPA - Certified Public Accountant - State of Pennsylvania
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting/standing
- Frequent keyboard use
