About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit top talent for all positions of responsibility
- Establish sourcing and recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Build a talent bench for short-term and long-term staffing needs
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders, Human Resources colleagues, and Network Senior Leadership on recruiting strategies
- Evaluate candidates and match them with appropriate roles
- Represent the Network at Human Resources, recruitment, and Network events
- Extend and negotiate offers
- Communicate accepted-offer details to the Onboarding Team
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders and establish recruitment strategies and timelines
- Maintain candidate status tracking in the Applicant Tracking System
- Prescreen applicants and assess stated skills, education, and experience
- Contact qualified candidates within targeted timeframes
- Maintain knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines and laws, including ADA, with a focus on diverse hiring practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of experience with full life-cycle recruiting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting/standing
- Frequent keyboard use
