About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own user acquisition targets for Pakistan end to end across online and offline channels
- Build and execute acquisition strategies tailored to the Pakistani community
- Use data and insights to optimise against KPIs and stop ineffective activity
- Lead community-driven events, meetups, and forums to build trust and advocacy
- Identify, negotiate, and manage growth partnerships with organisations and businesses
- Conduct market research and turn user insights into recommendations for Product and Marketing
- Represent community perspectives in product, messaging, and positioning decisions
- Use AI tools to streamline research, content, and reporting
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- Travel across the UK to represent LemFi in relevant communities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in growth, sales, or marketing in a fast-paced environment, with clear evidence of hitting ambitious targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise approaches based on data
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the Pakistani diaspora community in the UK
- Demonstrable experience leading community engagement, including events, partnerships, and grassroots activations, with tangible outcomes
- Established relationships and networks within Pakistani diaspora organisations, community groups, and stakeholder networks in the UK
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional weekends
- Proficiency in Urdu, Punjabi, or another language commonly spoken within the Pakistani diaspora community in the UK is nice to have
- Experience in remittance, fintech, or financial services products is nice to have
- Right to work in the location applied for
