About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own new sender growth across active LATAM markets
- Set country-specific growth strategies based on community behaviour, competitive dynamics, and channel economics
- Run paid growth by briefing performance marketing, interpreting CAC, CTR, and conversion data, and allocating campaign spend
- Manage organic and community channels, agencies, and influencer relationships
- Act as the regional product voice by identifying KYC friction, latency, and onboarding gaps and recommending product improvements
- Build market-entry playbooks for new LATAM countries
- Map community geography, competitor landscapes, and channel mix before launches
- Decide when to hire or engage external resources for a market and support decisions with data
- Use AI tools for analysis, campaign briefing, and competitor research while validating outputs
- Report directly to the Head of LATAM
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in growth, sales, field marketing, or community-led roles
- Proven growth track record at a fintech, remittance, or consumer tech company
- Experience owning meaningful KPIs such as new users, CAC, and conversion across multiple channels
- Deep familiarity with LATAM diaspora communities, including US-based corridors
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and interpreting performance data
- Experience managing a marketing or growth budget of at least $400,000 per month
- Strong data analysis ability to diagnose product and funnel problems independently
- Experience managing agencies or external partners
- Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, high-ambiguity environment
- Direct experience launching a product or channel in Colombia, Mexico, or Guatemala is nice to have
- Existing LATAM growth or fintech ecosystem network is nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish, particularly in a professional or client-facing context, is nice to have
- Right to work in the location of application is required; visa sponsorship may be available case by case
