About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across multiple regions, from opening requisition to signed offer
  • Support the broader Corporate Talent Acquisition team on roles across other functions as needed
  • Act as a consultative talent advisor to regional sales leadership and hiring managers
  • Guide selection strategy, market alignment, and candidate assessment throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and build pipelines of passive candidates
  • Evaluate applicants, curate shortlists, and maintain candidate tracking within the ATS
  • Conduct recruiter screens assessing technical qualifications, sales track record, communication, and organizational fit
  • Manage interview scheduling and panel logistics
  • Explain sales compensation models, including base salary, OTE, commission structures, and mileage reimbursement
  • Extend, negotiate, and close offers
  • Maintain pipeline reports, flag bottlenecks, and provide actionable solutions
  • Refine intake workflows, streamline sales hiring operations, and contribute to quarterly headcount planning and resource allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong expertise sourcing and hiring sales talent, with an intuitive understanding of sales competencies, performance metrics, and candidate motivation
  • Background or familiarity within automotive finance, dealership sales, or financial services is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with enterprise applicant tracking systems; direct, hands-on experience using Lever is a plus
  • Familiarity with complex sales compensation models, including commission tiers and on-target earning (OTE) calculations, with the ability to explain them clearly to candidates
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility quickly and influence hiring leaders at all levels
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with a track record of driving multiple regional searches simultaneously while proactively identifying pipeline risks and resolving blockers before they impact hiring goals
