About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process mobile deposits, check exceptions, and ATM settlement and exception postings
  • Complete online account transactions, account openings, and service requests for personal and commercial customers
  • Process levies, garnishments, and withholding tax payments and reporting
  • Reconcile and balance deposit and ATM-related GL accounts
  • Support audit and regulatory reviews with clean, accurate records
  • Apply knowledge of deposit products, procedures, and regulatory requirements to customer transactions
  • Use AI-assisted resources and other tools to complete routine tasks efficiently
  • Meet monthly quality and service standards
  • Support additional projects and priorities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, retail customer service, banking, or a call center environment
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Bank operations or back-office experience is a plus
  • Ownership of customer concerns and first-point-of-contact issue resolution
  • Ability to adapt quickly, think critically under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced back-office environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM, and Miser platforms
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Interest in using AI and smart tools to improve speed and error detection
  • Timely and reliable, with clear written and verbal communication
  • In-person attendance essential; remote placement will not be considered
  • Primarily available for MT or ET time zones
