About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to workstations, tools, and access
- Prepare and support employee onboarding and offboarding
- Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager when necessary
- Prepare, configure, and maintain user equipment
- Help monitor the IT asset fleet and manage inventory
- Work with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Participate in equipment refreshes and deployments
- Help administer Google Workspace and Active Directory
- Contribute to the management of user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Help maintain and troubleshoot the network, including Wi-Fi, VLANs, switches, and connectivity
- Contribute to keeping the IT environment operational
- Help deploy updates and security tools
- Participate in monitoring workstation security
- Contribute to documenting IT procedures and the IT environment
- Participate in improving and automating IT processes
- Support the IT Manager on various IT environment enhancement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
- Initial knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems administration
- Previous exposure to Active Directory is a plus
- Awareness of IT security best practices
- Fluent French (C1+)
- Professional English (B2 minimum)
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Initial experience in IT support or systems and network administration is a plus, but not required
- HR video interview
- Interview with the manager
- Technical test followed by a debrief
