About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules
- Inspect and enforce job safety requirements
- Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation lists
- Attend construction meetings and training classes
- Ensure job site cleanliness
- Assist with model and inventory maintenance
- Assist with service-related issues
- Interact daily with division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners
- Support construction management processes and hands-on learning for future construction management leadership roles
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required, or 0–2 years of homebuilding/construction experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Effective communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Valid Auto Insurance Coverage
- Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
