About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing
- Operate daily at Welcome Home Centers
- Process sale agreements and close sales in line with company business plans
- Engage visitors and establish relationships to understand their home buying needs
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting
- Develop knowledge of the competitive market, products, community features, and demographics
- Provide follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
- Maintain accurate customer communication records
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs
- Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
- Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks
- Take customers throughout neighborhoods and communities, visit realtor offices, and attend meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Real estate license preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to walk in all weather conditions and on uneven surfaces to and within homesites
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds
