About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the overall health of Visualization Services pipelines and identify bottlenecks
- Maintain visibility into project schedules and milestones
- Communicate timeline risks or changes to internal teams and Divisions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Divisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide proactive communication and manage stakeholder expectations
- Partner with Project Coordinators, Interior Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Product teams, and external vendors
- Coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
- Identify operational risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues requiring leadership support
- Maintain accurate project information and pipeline status within Airtable and other operational tools
- Build trusted relationships with Division partners
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Support ongoing process enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7+ years of experience in operations, customer success, project coordination, pipeline management, or related fields
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across numerous active projects
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience coordinating project schedules, identifying risks, and maintaining operational timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success working across multiple departments
- Ability to interpret residential construction documentation
- Knowledge of 3D visualization or modeling workflows preferred but not required
- Familiarity with 3D visualization workflows preferred
- Ability to operate computer equipment and perform required physical activities, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Finger dexterity required
