About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and New Home Consultants in the field
- Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity
- Support Quick Move-In homes with accurate signage, MLS listings, and community photography
- Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates
- Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions
- Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates
- Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials
- Plan and execute on-site logistics for grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends
- Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level
- Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office setup, Self-Guided Tour installation/removal, and basic office systems
- Support regional content teams with photography requests
- Liaise between sales, operations, and regional marketing to ensure flawless execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred
- 0–2 years of experience required
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Computer skills and competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams
- Resourceful and solution oriented
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable)
- Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus
- Weekly community-level travel within assigned division / market
- Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds
- Occasional operation of construction equipment may be required
- Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
