About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and New Home Consultants in the field
  • Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity
  • Support Quick Move-In homes with signage, MLS listings, and community photography
  • Oversee exterior and interior color selection updates
  • Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions
  • Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates
  • Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials
  • Plan and execute on-site logistics for grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends
  • Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level
  • Oversee community launch execution, including office setup, Self-Guided Tour installation/removal, and basic office systems
  • Support regional content teams with photography requests
  • Liaise between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience required
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
  • Computer skills and competencies are required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams
  • Resourceful and solution oriented
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms such as MLS, Canva, and Airtable
  • Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus
  • Weekly community-level travel within assigned division / market
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment in excess of 50 pounds
  • May require occasional operation of construction equipment
