About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop secure, scalable data center infrastructure solutions covering servers, storage, networking, power, cooling, and physical security
- Design and deploy solutions based on VMware VCF, Nutanix NCI/NCM, Microsoft Azure Local HCI, Red Hat OpenShift, and Nvidia AI Enterprise
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify technical challenges, and create cloud solution architectures and strategies
- Lead implementation and deployment of data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions
- Assess customer infrastructure and prepare migration designs and schedules
- Perform migration services and transfer knowledge to teams for volume migrations
- Validate and optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure strong security measures and compliance with regulations and standards
- Collaborate on disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures
- Integrate infrastructure services through collaborative stakeholder engagement
- Research data center and hybrid cloud technologies and industry trends
- Understand customers' cloud portfolios, IT and business priorities, and success measures to design implementation architectures and scalable cloud solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology or Engineering
- 10-12 years of consulting experience in designing cloud solutions or services within Data center environment
- End-End work experience on transformation or migration projects
- Professional certifications on Hybrid cloud preferred
- Experience designing, deploying, testing, and documenting Data Center and Hybrid Cloud solutions
- Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Red Hat, Lenovo, NetApp, Cisco, Nvidia, Arista, Veeam, and Commvault technologies
- Experience with Nvidia AI Enterprise and Nvidia AI Factory
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting large production environments for enterprise customers
- Expertise in Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, VMware, security, management, storage, networking, OSS, containers, and infrastructure-as-code technologies
