About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track the progress of payment terminal deliveries and manage the inventory of terminals and peripherals at stores and the Distribution Center (DC)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on payment terminals, including software updates and configuration
- Support the planning and execution of purchases of supplies, terminals, and peripherals according to operational demand
- Identify, analyze, and track terminal failures in collaboration with suppliers
- Provide support to stores and conduct operational training
- Perform tests of new terminal features and updates with the technical team
- Monitor the shipping logistics of equipment from the DC to stores and returns to the DC
- Track KPIs, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement
- Support the preparation of operational controls, reports, and analyses
- Ensure service quality, adherence to deadlines, and process organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with operational controls, spreadsheets, and performance indicators
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stores, suppliers, and internal teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple demands
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and solve problems
- Experience with card payment machines, payment terminals, or POS equipment
- Experience with inventory control, logistics, or equipment management
- Knowledge of ticket tracking and handling supplier-related issues
- Familiarity with operational indicators and management tools
- Experience with functional testing or the acceptance testing of systems and equipment
