About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Azure and GCP environments, assisting with monitoring, availability, performance, and incident management
  • Operate Kubernetes environments, performing troubleshooting, workload, namespace, and service maintenance, as well as routine automation
  • Manage and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including automated deployments, Service Connections, access, and permissions
  • Support the administration of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including monitoring Fabric capacities in Azure
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, primarily Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint Online, as well as the Workspace collaboration environment
  • Support activities related to on-premises infrastructure, DNS, and connectivity
  • Support and integrate APIs and API Management, assisting communication between gateways and backend services
  • Administer monitoring and alerts in Azure and GCP, contributing to incident diagnosis and resolution
  • Troubleshoot applications and services running on IIS, Windows, Workers, and Kubernetes
  • Support the governance of Azure SQL Database and SQL Managed Instance, monitoring access, backups, consumption, and performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and the corporate Wiki
  • Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvement, stability enhancement, and cost optimization across environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with infrastructure and support of Cloud environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and GCP
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 — Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint Online
  • Knowledge of networking, DNS, connectivity, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of IIS, Windows, and Azure SQL
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management
  • Analytical, organized, and problem-solving-oriented mindset
  • Preferred: experience with API Management
  • Preferred: knowledge of infrastructure automation
  • Preferred: experience in hybrid Cloud and on-premises environments
  • Preferred: experience optimizing Cloud performance and costs
