About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and monitor Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
  • Operate Kubernetes environments, performing troubleshooting and maintaining workloads, namespaces, and services
  • Administer and enhance CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, supporting deployment automation and operational routines
  • Create and manage Service Connections, access, and permissions for integrations with Azure and GCP
  • Administer and enhance Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments, including capacity monitoring and validation
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint Online
  • Support the management of collaborative environments and Google Workspace
  • Configure and troubleshoot DNS, connectivity, APIs, and API Management
  • Monitor environments, alerts, resource consumption, and incidents, supporting root cause identification
  • Support the administration and troubleshooting of applications running on IIS, Windows, Workers, and Kubernetes
  • Monitor Azure SQL Database and SQL Managed Instance environments, including access, backups, consumption, and performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and content in the corporate Wiki
  • Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, and cloud cost reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with infrastructure and support of cloud environments
  • Knowledge of Azure and GCP
  • Experience with Kubernetes and environment troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident management
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 — Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint Online
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • Knowledge of networking, DNS, connectivity, and APIs
  • Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and Azure SQL
  • Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to document processes and collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Preferred: experience automating infrastructure routines
  • Preferred: knowledge of API Management
  • Preferred: experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
  • Preferred: knowledge of cloud resource and cost optimization
  • Preferred: experience with mission-critical and high-availability environments
