About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deploy direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels: print, street marketing, and telemarketing
  • Prepare, coordinate, and operationally monitor fundraising campaigns
  • Plan direct marketing activities, negotiate media placements, and schedule media distribution
  • Coordinate campaigns to recruit new regular donors through face-to-face fundraising
  • Manage agencies, prepare assignments, train teams, manage requests for proposals, and produce reports
  • Prepare telemarketing campaigns, write call scripts, and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage database imports, exports, updates, and campaign codes
  • Integrate different donation methods, including SMS, PayPal, Swile, Bimpli, and bank transfers
  • Coordinate partners, service providers, advertising agencies, and internal support teams
  • Plan materials by geographic area and audience based on quantitative and qualitative research
  • Identify issues with fundraising tools and monitor their resolution
  • Produce dashboards and reports; analyze performance, donor profiles and behavior, and ROI
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising activities and marketing systems
  • Establish the annual visibility plan and oversee audiovisual and radio media agencies
  • Coordinate messaging across different media and evaluate campaign impact in terms of cost and effectiveness
  • Participate in preparing the annual fundraising plan and develop marketing systems
  • Support the handling of requests related to direct debits, mailings, tax receipts, and administrative operations
  • Share information with internal teams and partners
  • Monitor stocks of materials dedicated to donor relations
  • Contribute to improving tools and processes, particularly through task automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent university program
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in direct marketing or fundraising
  • Knowledge of the main fundraising channels and techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • Analytical mindset and results orientation
  • Thoroughness and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including during peak periods
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or a strong interest in social and solidarity-related issues is a significant advantage
