About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide customers through their digital accessibility journey
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to shape technical strategy
- Deliver product demonstrations and architect tailored solutions
- Engage with executives, developers, designers, and program owners
- Lead technical discovery to understand business drivers, accessibility maturity, and success criteria
- Design and present tailored solutions using the Level Access Platform, integrations, and services
- Deliver value-focused demonstrations
- Develop proof-of-concepts or pilots demonstrating measurable impact
- Serve as a subject matter expert on accessibility standards, automation, and program governance
- Provide customer feedback to Product and Product Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a technical presales or solution consulting role within SaaS, DevOps, or compliance domains
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level technical conversations with diverse stakeholders (C-Suite, Dev, UX, Legal, Procurement)
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) and API integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery models
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and discovery skills
- Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Willing to have some travel - up to 30%
- Knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or other accessibility frameworks is a bonus
