About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead on-site installation teams, including installers and artists, for national venue builds and retrofits
- Manage installation of patented modular walls, electro-mechanical systems, and venue art according to specifications and brand standards
- Direct daily operations, sequence work, and resolve issues to optimize efficiency, budget, and timeline
- Act as primary site contact for construction teams, GCs, and vendors, managing RFIs and milestones
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and equipment management protocols through regular briefings and inspections
- Monitor labor, materials, and expenses; report variances and implement corrective actions
- Troubleshoot technical issues using team expertise in carpentry, wiring, and electronics
- Ensure workmanship and environmental presentation standards align with the Level99 brand
- Develop and mentor the team, fostering performance and accountability
- Travel extensively and manage logistics for team travel and equipment
- Provide daily and weekly progress, safety, and resource reports to stakeholders
- Perform additional duties supporting successful venue openings
- Report directly to the Director of Install
- Coordinate with Level99 Project and Construction Managers, the general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and artists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Supervisory experience on $5M–$25M themed entertainment installation projects
- Leadership experience setting expectations, managing difficult conversations, and making high-pressure decisions
- Expertise in site organization, trade sequencing, and multi-trade resource management
- Experience coordinating with GCs, design teams, and subcontractors
- Technical proficiency with modular systems, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, carpentry, electronics, and drawing interpretation
- Skilled in performing onsite field verifications
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during high-pressure venue openings
- Commitment to safety, budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Willingness to travel 250+ days annually
- Ability to lift 50–80+ lbs
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma required
- Professional, high-integrity, and energetic attitude
