About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with a group of teams across Lexroom and report to the Head of People
Own the people agenda for the client group
Run performance, engagement, compensation and promotion cycles, and improve how they are run
Shape team organisation through structures, roles, reporting lines and reorganisations
Coach managers on their teams and difficult conversations
Handle employee relations, from probation reviews to disciplinary matters
Give Talent Acquisition and People Operations the business context needed to perform effectively
Turn observations into clear insights for the Head of People and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in HR, including at least 1 as an HR or People Business Partner with your own client group
Experience running performance and compensation cycles end to end
Hands-on employee relations experience
Working knowledge of Italian labour law
Comfort using AI tools in daily work
Fluent Italian and English
Nice to have: background in Talent Acquisition or People Operations before business partnering
Nice to have: experience partnering sales or commercial teams
Nice to have: org design or reorganisation experience
Nice to have: client groups in more than one country
Nice to have: other European languages
