About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and manage intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, AI, Machine Learning, and Process Mining
- Integrate automations with BPM, process orchestration, and data analytics platforms
- Monitor automation KPIs to ensure positive ROI, optimized performance, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Maintain automation governance and version-control standards, ensuring scalability and efficient maintenance
- Work with business and IT teams to map needs and prioritize automation initiatives
- Conduct unit and integrated testing with the business team, ensuring the quality of automated processes
- Lead projects with partners to implement Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions focused on improving business processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in automation and/or process improvement, including participation in the development, implementation, testing, or support of intelligent automation solutions
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Python, Java, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Lecom (a plus)
- This position is exclusively for people with disabilities (PwD)
