About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to gather and define requirements for new systems or features
Design, develop, and implement technology solutions aligned with business and user needs
Provide ongoing support for existing systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Optimize systems to improve efficiency and performance
Ensure proper technical documentation for implemented solutions
Monitor system implementation and integration, providing support for testing and user acceptance processes
Integrate internal and external systems, ensuring efficient and secure communication between platforms
Create solutions for the internal e-commerce process, lead their development, and serve as the technical and support lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Solid experience writing technical and functional requirements, developing solutions, and implementing systems
Practical experience supporting and maintaining existing systems
Knowledge of system integrations, with a focus on APIs, web services, and other integration technologies
Previous experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and agile environments
Knowledge of or experience with Adobe Commerce, VTEX, application management, and website and web page development and maintenance
