About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the systems connecting LiNK’s mission to new and existing supporters
- Manage the day-to-day operation of LiNK’s advertising accounts
- Build, launch, monitor, test, and optimize growth-focused advertising campaigns
- Build and maintain conversion tracking across advertising platforms
- Create campaign measurement plans covering objectives, audiences, conversion events, tracking, and reporting
- Develop advertising strategy for channel and audience targeting to drive acquisition and revenue growth
- Coordinate campaign launches across advertising, email, website, and other digital channels
- Track advertising spend against approved budgets and flag delivery or performance issues
- Request and manage creative assets for advertising tests
- Own LiNK’s marketing automation platform, including templates, automation rules, drip campaigns, list hygiene, suppression policies, and A/B testing
- Build and maintain audience segmentation and lists for acquisition, engagement, donor retention, and personalized communications
- Ensure reliable data flows between marketing systems, supporter data, and donation data
- Own the marketing technology stack and troubleshoot technical issues with IT providers and vendors
- Implement and maintain web tracking for reporting and decision-making
- Build reports covering traffic, engagement, conversion rates, acquisition performance, and ROI
- Analyze website, search, social media, email, and advertising performance using attribution modeling
- Analyze content, landing pages, acquisition paths, and user journeys to identify engagement and donation barriers
- Run conversion-rate optimization initiatives, including A/B tests, landing-page improvements, signup forms, popups, donation flows, and calls to action
- Monitor organic search and identify technical SEO, content SEO, and answer-engine optimization opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, marketing technology, digital marketing, or a comparable role, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Hands-on administration experience with a marketing automation platform; Pardot preferred
- Demonstrated experience building automation, workflows, and integrations
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising accounts, including campaign setup, conversion tracking, budget pacing, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong data skills, including the ability to structure, audit, and interpret digital marketing data, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with technical and content SEO, including emerging answer-engine optimization
- Experience with conversion-rate optimization and A/B testing in email, website, and ads
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively and independently
- Preferred: Experience managing a Google Ad Grant account and maintaining program compliance
- Preferred: Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Webflow, Funraise, Formcrafts, Stripo, Optibase, Looker Studio, UTM.io, or SEMrush
- Familiarity with the Pardot–Salesforce connector and marketing automation data synchronization with a CRM
- Experience with donor lifecycle, recurring giving, lapsed-donor reactivation, and year-end campaigns
- Experience as the sole owner of a martech stack
- Basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting
- Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA data privacy and consent requirements
