About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert advice and support to service providers, repair centers, retail partners and end consumers regarding customer service matters
- Handle and coordinate warranty, statutory liability and goodwill claims
- Manage spare parts while ensuring customer-oriented and timely processing
- Record, process and track orders within the Service division
- Coordinate and handle customer and service inquiries with internal specialist departments and external service partners
- Assist in resolving technical and organizational issues
- Ensure professional communication with partners and customers
- Support the organization and delivery of training sessions for retail partners and service technicians
- Contribute to continuous optimization of service processes and workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in a sales, customer service or similar organisational role, ideally in a technical environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and spoken German and/or English
- Proactive, structured and independent approach to work
- High standards of quality and reliability
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Keen sense of priorities
- Confident and courteous manner when dealing with managers, staff, customers and business partners
