About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assume full responsibility for the Finance function of Liebherr's Thai operation
- Report directly to the Managing Director
- Manage local statutory and IFRS Group closing
- Prepare and oversee reporting
- Manage treasury and tax activities
- Maintain compliant and well-controlled operations
- Strengthen governance and sharpen reporting
- Apply automation, process redesign, and emerging technology, including AI where valuable
- Lead a focused, high-performing Finance team
- Complete a structured handover with the outgoing incumbent and learn Liebherr's Group systems and reporting requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Finance professional capable of independently managing the complete finance cycle
- Knowledge of local statutory and IFRS Group closing and reporting
- Experience with treasury, tax, and financial controls
- Ability to work to Group standards and meet reporting schedules
- Ability to modernize finance functions through governance improvements, reporting enhancements, automation, process redesign, and emerging technology including AI
- Professional-level experience appropriate for a senior finance leadership role
