About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, production machinery, and tools
- Repair machinery or mechanical equipment
- Install new equipment and machinery
- Examine machines or mechanical equipment to diagnose sources of trouble
- Perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
- Assist in maintaining and repairing utility systems
- Complete logs and other required task documentation
- Perform minor carpentry, masonry, and metalwork repairs, installation, and maintenance
- Respond to service adjustment requests and trouble calls
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Furnishes personal tools per “required tool list”
