About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide timely and effective administrative services to the Mobile Cranes Parts Department and its customers
  • Coordinate and distribute parts enquiries
  • Raise purchase orders, invoices, claims and quotations
  • Order stock from suppliers, including the factory in Germany
  • Code and allocate costs and invoices
  • Provide customer service and respond to spare parts enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and reports
  • Support other administration areas as required
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiencies
  • Report to the Parts Manager – WA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Successful candidates progressing past interview stage must undergo National Police Clearance and medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing
